A couple of days ago, I had the opportunity to be invited to watch the premier telecast of the much a waited season 2 of Supergirl. It was very interesting also to witness Superman came out and played a lengthy role in the first episode. My wife, Ruth, says it was the first time Superman made a major appearance which makes the season 2 more exciting to watch. I read a lot about Superman before but rarely about supergirl. It was only recently I found out that she was Superman’s cousin. There are also some interesting revelation regarding her relationship with her love interest, James, which will unfold in the first episode.

In season 1, Supergirl’s alter ego Kara Danvers lives the life of a loyal assistant of the fierce CEO of CatCo, Cat Grant played by Calista Flockhart. However, fans will be surprised to some “moving-up” in her career adding to another bits and pieces of exciting new stories that will unfold later.
